Why AI ROI is More Challenging Than You Think
Every client asks: “What’s the ROI of AI tools?”
Fair question. But here’s one back: When did you last calculate the ROI of Excel? Or Outlook? Or Teams?

Is it perfect? No.
Is it directionally accurate? Yes.

Perfect AI ROI measurement doesn’t exist. But meaningful insight does.
