Pax8 Beyond 2026 delivered a clear message to the channel: the future belongs to organizations that can help businesses transform intelligence into outcomes.Â
Throughout the event, one theme consistently emerged across keynotes, breakout sessions, and partner conversations: the evolution from Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to Managed Intelligence Providers (MIPs). Pax8 challenged partners to think beyond managing technology and instead focus on helping clients navigate AI, cybersecurity, compliance, and business transformation with strategic guidance and measurable results.Â
For the Breach Secure Now (BSN) team, the conference reinforced what we’ve long believed: technology alone is not enough. Organizations need trusted advisors who can help them adopt new technologies securely, effectively, and responsibly.Â
Artificial intelligence was at the center of nearly every discussion. From vendor showcases to educational sessions, it was clear that AI is no longer a future consideration; it’s already reshaping how businesses operate. Attendees explored how MSPs can leverage AI to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and create new service offerings while helping clients achieve meaningful business outcomes. Pax8’s emphasis on building AI capabilities internally before selling them externally particularly resonated with our team.Â
Several BSN team members attended sessions focused on AI readiness, security assessments, and client engagement strategies. One recurring lesson was that successful AI adoption requires more than technology implementation. MSPs must understand a client’s current state, ask better questions, and connect technology recommendations to business goals.Â
Compliance and security remained critical topics as well. Sessions covering Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and cybersecurity assessments highlighted the growing need for sustainable security programs, strong documentation, and proactive risk management. These conversations reinforced the important role MSPs play in helping organizations build secure foundations that support both compliance and innovation.Â
Another standout takeaway was the increasing recognition that cybersecurity awareness training is an essential component of AI adoption. Several partner success stories highlighted organizations that paired AI deployments with user education and security training, helping clients adopt new technologies while reducing risk. This aligns closely with BSN’s mission of empowering MSPs to create stronger security cultures within the organizations they serve.Â
Perhaps most encouraging was the opportunity to hear directly from partners who are successfully leveraging BSN solutions as part of broader security and AI strategies. Their experiences reinforced the value of combining technology, training, and guidance to help clients confidently navigate change.Â
As the channel continues its evolution toward managed intelligence, BSN is excited about the opportunities ahead. The conversations at Beyond 2026 confirmed that MSPs are looking for trusted partners who can help them lead secure AI adoption, strengthen cybersecurity programs, and deliver measurable business outcomes. We’re proud to be part of that journey and look forward to helping our partners thrive in this next chapter of managed services.Â
