7-Day Free Trial Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the 7-Day Free Trial and constitute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) between Entegration, Inc., doing business as Breach Secure Now!, a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business at 55 Madison Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960 (“Breach Secure Now”), and the participating reseller (“Reseller”). By accessing or using the free trial, the parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of proprietary and confidential information, as defined herein.
1. Purpose
Breach Secure Now provides Reseller with limited access to its platform for a seven (7) day free trial solely to evaluate the platform for potential business use (“Trial”).
2. Trial Period
The 7-Day Free Trial period shall commence upon completion of the sign-up process and shall automatically expire seven (7) calendar days thereafter, unless earlier terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required to start the free trial. No charges will be applied during the trial period. If the Reseller elects to continue using the platform after the trial ends, billing will begin in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Reseller may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.
4. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes all non-public information related to Breach Secure Now and its platform, including but not limited to software, content, features, pricing, data, documentation, credentials, and business or technical information.
5. Reseller Responsibilities
Reseller agrees to:
- Use the platform and Confidential Information only for evaluation purposes
- Keep all Confidential Information confidential and not share it with third parties
- Limit access to authorized personnel only
- Not copy, disclose, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the platform’s source code
6. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the platform and Confidential Information remain the exclusive property of Breach Secure Now. This Agreement does not grant ownership or ongoing usage rights beyond the trial.
7. Trial Term
The free trial automatically expires seven (7) days after the Effective Date unless extended in writing by Breach Secure Now. Upon expiration or termination, Reseller must stop using the platform and Confidential Information.
8. Confidentiality Survival
Confidentiality obligations under this Agreement survive for two (2) years after the trial ends.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by New Jersey state law.
